Neighborhood Planning and Preservation, Inc. (NPP) is a Metro area group that joins neighborhoods to strengthen the power of all Kentuckiana communities. NPP advocates a healthy balance between community desires and economic development. It promotes “neighborhood preservation” in the broadest sense --be it the older homes in Old Louisville, New Albany or Russell, the subdivisions of Windsor Forest or the precious Ohio River wetlands in Riverport.
